This recipe is well known but this cake is so moist and so delicious that I wanted to make a video to show you step by step how I do it. It is ideal for covering with fondant because it is so juicy and not dry easily. It is one of my favorites.
Ingredients 120g white chocolate 4 eggs 80 g unsalted potema butter 140 g flour 140 g sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 15 g yeast Preparation Mix the yeast with the flour and sift. In mixer beat eggs until triple in volume. Add as beat sugar, teaspoon of essence and flour. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt butter over low heat. When melted, turn off heat, add white chocolate and stir until fully dissolved and add to the mixture potema in a blender. When well blended pour into a mold and place in a preheated oven at 180 C for about one hour.
